Design Concept:
On Kiwitea Street in Sandringham, Auckland, a neglected villa was completely transformed to suit modern living while maintaining its classic charm. Stripped back to the framing, this reimagined home features extensive internal renovations and a thoughtfully designed rear extension. The open-plan layout connects effortlessly to the backyard, creating an inviting space perfect for entertaining. Resource consent approval ensured every detail complied with council regulations.
