Construction is nearing completion at our impressive development on 141 Point Chevalier Road, Point Chevalier. Soon to hit the market for sale, this project represents the culmination of meticulous planning and innovative design.

2. Epsom House Extension:

The Epsom House Extension has reached its completion, with delighted clients already settled in and enjoying their revamped living space. The addition of a pool has been a refreshing retreat during the warm summer months.

3. New Project Initiatives:

Throughout the year, we undertook numerous new projects, conducting site measurements, completing designs, and obtaining building consents. Our commitment to excellence is evident in the progress made, setting the stage for exciting developments in the coming years.

4. Matapouri House:
