Design Concept: The Star Destroyer is conceived as a retreat, providing an escape from urban life in Auckland and fostering self-sufficiency. The architectural style embraces modernity, robustness, and a dark coastal aesthetic. The use of burnt timber, concrete, and boulders reflects a strong and grounded connection to the land.
