As we find ourselves a quarter of the way into the year, it's been nothing short of a whirlwind here at 4C Studio. With bustling activity and exciting developments, we're thrilled to share an update on what we've been up to and what lies ahead.

Thriving Projects

The year kicked off with a flurry of activity as we dove headfirst into numerous renovations, extensions, and new builds. Our team has been hard at work, bringing our clients' visions to life and ensuring that each project exceeds expectations.

Exciting Developments

One of our standout projects, the Point Chevalier Road development, is nearing completion and will soon be hitting the market. This stunning development showcases our commitment to innovative design and meticulous craftsmanship.

Client Satisfaction

We're delighted to report that our Matapouri house project has been completed and is now being enjoyed by its owners. Nothing brings us more joy than seeing our clients truly happy with the spaces we've created for them.

Milestone Achievements

It's hard to believe that it's been a couple of years since we were honored with the rural category award for Home of the Year by Home Magazine. Judged by industry stalwarts Dave Strachan of SGA, Strachan Group Architects, and Sally Ogle of Patchwork Architecture, this recognition remains a proud moment for us and a testament to our dedication to excellence in architectural design.

Looking Ahead

As we look to the future, we're not slowing down anytime soon. With the Easter weekend on the horizon, we're eagerly anticipating some well-deserved downtime with family and friends. Expanding Horizons

In addition to our local projects in Auckland and Whangarei, we're excited to announce our plans to branch out and take on more projects nationally. We have our sights set on making a positive impact within the Whangarei region in particular, as we continue to grow and evolve as a studio.
