The design employs a vestibule outdoor covered staircase, linking the living and bedroom spaces and encouraging movement between levels while immersing residents in the coastal environment. Engineered to withstand the coastal elements, this robust dwelling embodies beach-style living. Overcoming sunlight challenges, the spaces are meticulously crafted to promote light and warmth.
